The person(s) receiving services must be enrolled in the Colgate-Palmolive Company Active Medical Plan or the Colgate-Palmolive Company Retiree Medical Plan to access Progyny's fertility and family building benefits. You are subject to financial responsibility (e.g., copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance) for fertility care according to your Anthem BCBS plan.
Your Progyny benefit also includes reimbursement for eligible adoption and surrogacy expenses. Eligible employees do not need to be enrolled in the Colgate-Palmolive Company Active Medical Plan to access these benefits.
