For eligible individuals, there is no cost to you to access Progyny’s support services, including unlimited support from Progyny Care Advocates (PCAs) and educational resources through the Progyny app. If you see a provider or receive treatment, applicable cost share (e.g., deductible, copays) may apply according to your medical plan. 

Your care team includes a Progyny Care Advocate (PCA), a fertility expert trained to help support all paths to parenthood. They can provide guidance on available treatment options, prepare you for your appointments, and answer questions about your benefit. You also have access to a team of Clinical Educators, made up of clinicians in the fertility space (including registered nurses and embryologists) who can answer clinical questions about your care. If you are interested in exploring other paths to parenthood like surrogacy or adoption, your PCA can also connect you to our specialized surrogacy and adoption coaches. Your Progyny benefit connects you to a network of top fertility specialists across the U.S. for quality care. 

Any Progyny covered treatments and services must be performed by a Progyny in-network provider to utilize your benefit. You can search our network at https://providersearch.progyny.com/ or contact your PCA. Claim your benefit to confirm coverage prior to scheduling an appointment with your provider. Upon scheduling, make sure you let the clinic know you have coverage through Progyny.  

Your fertility treatment coverage is bundled into the Progyny Smart Cycle, our easy-to-use benefit currency. Each treatment type is valued as a fraction, or portion of a Smart Cycle, and includes all the covered services, tests, and treatments needed for standard care. It’s flexible – so you won’t run out of coverage mid treatment cycle, and your provider can mix and match treatments to create a plan that is best for you.
