For eligible individuals, there is no cost to members to access Progyny’s support services, including unlimited support from Progyny Care Advocates (PCAs) and educational resources through the Progyny app. If you see a provider or receive treatment, applicable cost share (e.g., deductible, copays) may apply according to your medical plan.

Your care team includes a Progyny Care Advocate (PCA), a fertility expert trained to help support all paths to parenthood. They can provide guidance on available treatment options, prepare you for your appointments, and answer questions about your benefit. You also have access to a team of Clinical Educators, made up of clinicians in the fertility space (including registered nurses and embryologists) who can answer clinical questions about your care. If you are interested in exploring other paths to parenthood like surrogacy or adoption, your PCA can also connect you to our specialized surrogacy and adoption coaches. Your Progyny benefit connects you to a network of top fertility specialists across the U.S. for quality care.

Any Progyny covered treatments and services must be performed by a Progyny in-network provider to utilize your benefit. You can search our network at https://providersearch.progyny.com/ or contact your PCA. Verify your eligibility and claim your benefit to confirm coverage prior to scheduling an appointment with your provider. Upon scheduling, make sure you let the clinic know you have coverage through Progyny. 

Fertility treatment coverage is bundled into the Progyny Smart Cycle, our easy-to-use benefit currency. Each treatment type is valued as a fraction, or portion of a Smart Cycle, and includes all the covered services, tests, and treatments needed for standard care. It’s flexible – so members won't run out of coverage mid treatment cycle, and your provider can mix and match treatments to create a plan that is best for you.

For eligible individuals, there is no cost to you to access Progyny’s Pregnancy and Postpartum Program and receive unlimited personalized coaching from your PCA and on-demand educational resources available through the Progyny app. 

Your care team includes a dedicated Progyny Care Advocate (PCA) with expertise in pregnancy and postpartum across all facets of maternity care including labor and delivery, NICU, obstetrics, and fertility care (e.g., registered nurse, midwife). Your PCA is your guide throughout each stage for coaching, care referrals, and to answer your questions . You can connect with your PCA   via phone, email, or secure messaging. Progyny can also connect you with referral services to ensure you get the care you need.

Yes, Progyny Pregnancy and Postpartum is available to eligible individuals at any time throughout their pregnancy and within 12 months postpartum. You can claim your benefit at any stage to connect with a PCA and gain access to support and exclusive resources.

For eligible individuals, there is no cost to you to access Progyny’s Parent and Child Well-being Program and receive unlimited personalized support from your PCA and parenting wellness experts, and on-demand educational resources available through the Progyny app.

Your care team includes a dedicated Progyny Care Advocate (PCA) specializing in parenting support. Your PCA can connect you with a parenting wellness expert who is trained in social work and child development to provide guidance on behavior concerns, work-life balance, and family dynamics.

Available to parents, guardians, or caregivers of a child between the ages of 0–12 with eligibility. As part of the program, you have unlimited access to support from your PCA, parenting experts, and educational resources. 

Parenting may feel overwhelming, but having parenting experts by your side can help to alleviate anxieties. If you care for a child aged 0 through 12, you deserve personalized support that focuses on you as a whole person. Receive guidance on managing responsibilities at work and home, understanding your child’s emotional and physical development, navigating family dynamics, achieving work-life balance, and maintaining professional and personal relationships.

They can answer your questions, help you understand what you’re experiencing and best next steps, support benefit navigation and scheduling an appointment with a provider, prepare for your appointments, and turn treatment recommendations into actionable steps. If you’re looking for clinical care from a menopause specialist, Progyny provides access to a network of providers specializing in all stages of peri/menopause care to provide you with personalized treatment plans.

Progyny’s menopause providers are experts in perimenopause and menopause and trained to address your specific symptoms such as weight fluctuation, anxiety, insomnia, brain fog, joint pain, hot flashes, and more. Tailored solutions include hormone therapies, non-hormonal medications, supplements, and lifestyle protocols, such as nutrition plans and mental health support. These providers also offer convenience through online scheduling with shorter wait times, appointments, and messaging. 

It’s great that you are happy with your clinical care! The Progyny benefit can complement your existing care with access to unlimited peri/menopause coaching from your PCA, available at no cost you. They can help you understand what to expect at your provider appointments and what questions to ask your doctor, offer support and guidance in between your appointments, discuss your symptoms and provide lifestyle tips to support nutrition, sleep support, and mental health. You can also work with your PCA to understand your provider’s recommended treatment plans and translate them into actionable, realistic steps. Your Progyny PCA is here to guide you with tailored support for understanding organization and state-specific leave (e.g., planning for parental leave and return-to-work, manager discussions, and filing for STD/FMLA). Beyond leave planning, your Progyny PCA can help with navigating available health benefits (e.g., medical, mental health, breast pumps, and perinatal and pediatric care) and financial and work-life resources like childcare, community programs, and co-parenting support.  Your PCA's goal is to ensure you and your family are fully supported before, during, and after leave as you grow your family.
